Terms governing the use of MFStack
Terms of Service
Effective Date: 1 February 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of MFStack, a product of Betalectic IT Projects Private Limited, an Indian company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, in 2014, having its registered office in Hyderabad, India ("MFStack", "we", "our", "us").
By accessing or using MFStack, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who Can Use MFStack
MFStack is intended for:
- AMFI-registered mutual fund distributors
- Fintech companies, wealth managers, and institutions
- End investors accessing MFStack-powered applications through distributors
You represent that you are legally permitted to use the services and comply with applicable laws.
2. Nature of Services
MFStack provides frontend, white-label software applications for:
- Investor onboarding
- Portfolio display
- Mutual fund transaction initiation
- Reporting and dashboards
MFStack is not:
- A mutual fund distributor
- A KYC Registration Agency (KRA)
- A payment processor
- A registrar or transfer agent (RTA)
Backend processing, KYC, payments, and transactions are handled by regulated third-party service providers engaged by distributors.
3. User Accounts
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
MFStack may suspend or terminate access for misuse or security reasons.
4. Google Login
MFStack may allow login using Google OAuth. We access only:
- Name
- Email address
No other Google account data is accessed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Violate SEBI, AMFI, or other applicable regulations
- Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
- Interfere with platform security or integrity
6. Data & Privacy
Use of MFStack is subject to our Privacy Policy. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7. Third-Party Services
MFStack relies on third-party services including:
- Fintech infrastructure providers
- KYC and payment partners
- Hosting and analytics providers
MFStack is not responsible for outages, failures, or delays caused by third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in MFStack, including software, UI, designs, and branding (excluding distributor branding), belongs to Betalectic IT Projects Private Limited.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during the subscription term.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access:
- For violation of these Terms
- For non-payment (where applicable)
- For legal or regulatory reasons
- To protect platform security
Upon termination, access to services will cease.
10. Disclaimer
MFStack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Investment outcomes
- Accuracy of third-party data
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MFStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to MFStack in the preceding six months
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MFStack constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
