MFStack ("MFStack", "we", "our", "us") is a product of Betalectic IT Projects Private Limited, an Indian company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, in 2014, having its registered office in Hyderabad, India.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use the MFStack platform.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This policy applies to:
- Distributors (AMFI-registered distributors, fintechs, wealth firms) using MFStack
- End Investors onboarded and served by distributors through MFStack-powered applications
MFStack acts as a technology service provider and processes investor data on behalf of distributors.
2. Information We Collect
a) Distributor Account Data
- Name
- Email address
- Login credentials
- Business and configuration data
b) Google Login Data
When you sign in using Google OAuth, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
We do not access contacts, emails, files, or any other Google account data.
c) Investor Data (via Distributor Usage)
- Basic personal details entered during onboarding
- Portfolio and transaction-related data displayed through the platform
MFStack does not perform backend KYC, transaction processing, or payment processing. These are handled by regulated third-party service providers engaged by distributors.
d) Technical & Usage Data
- IP address
- Browser and device information
- Application logs, error logs, and diagnostic data
3. How We Use Information
We use personal data only to:
- Authenticate users and manage access
- Operate and provide the MFStack platform
- Display portfolios, transactions, and reports
- Monitor performance, security, and system reliability
- Meet legal and regulatory requirements
We do not sell or rent personal data.
4. Analytics & Monitoring
We use analytics and monitoring tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Error and performance monitoring tools (e.g. Sentry)
- Internal system logs
These are used solely to improve product stability, performance, and security.

- Authorized service providers (hosting, analytics, monitoring)
- Regulated fintech and infrastructure partners used by distributors
- Government or regulatory authorities when legally required
